Upon recommendation by
the Commissioning Governance Board, the
contracts be awarded in accordance with the Council’s
Contract Regulation (3) for works with a maximum contract value of
£285,000 at the following sites to the following
suppliers: 

·        
Churchfields
Recreation Ground
– HAGS SMP Ltd at a value of £55,000

·        
Fairfield, King
George’s Recreation Ground & Latchmere Recreation Ground – Wicksteed Ltd - at a value of
£105,000; and

·        
Green Lane Recreation
Ground – KOMPAN Ltd at a value of
£125,000
