RESOLVED that the Healthier
Advertising Policy, as set out in Annex 1 of the report, be
approved to restrict the promotion of products that are not
conducive to health (high fat, sugar and salt food and
non-alcoholic drink) and build on existing restrictions (alcohol,
vape and e-cigarette and gambling products) on all Kingston Council
owned assets, estates and through procured services.
