RESOLVED that:
 
1.         approval be
given to deliver the works identified in Annex 1 through the
existing call-off contract with Cenergist to a total value of £7,198,389 (ex
VAT) including a defined contingency of 20%; and
 
2.         authority be delegated to the Executive Director
Place, in consultation with the relevant Portfolio Holder, to
approve modifications to the works or sites identified within the
allocated budget.
