RESOLVED that:
 
1.         approval be
given to proceed with the development of the RIBA Stage 2 design
presented in this report for the redevelopment of the Household
Reuse and Recycling Centre and Waste Transfer Station be progressed
to RIBA Stage 4 (i.e. technical design);
 
2.         authority be
delegated to the Executive Director Place, in consultation with the
relevant Portfolio Holder and the Commissioning Governance Board to
finalise the details of the procurement strategy as outlined in
paragraphs 11 to 17 and to enter in contract as required for the
delivery of the project up to the end of RIBA Stage 4; and
 
3.         approval be given for the submission of a planning
application.
