Content

RESOLVED that:
 

1.   
the objections received as set out in paragraph 5 and
officers’ comments as set out in paragraphs 6 - 9 of the
report be noted; and
 

2.   
the objections received be set aside, the implementation of the
Traffic Management Order (TMO) mapking0103 for the removal of the
on street shared use parking bays and modification and introduction
of no waiting restrictions be approved; and
 

3.   
objectors be informed of the
Committee’s decision.
