RESOLVED that:
 
1.        
feedback received from Transport for
London (TfL) on a left turn ban from the A3 into Fullers Way North
be noted;
 
2.         in light
of the feedback received from TfL and the Question and Answer
Session in the 15 July 2025 meeting of the Committee regarding
addressing through traffic by restricting traffic from entering
Fullers Way North from the A3, no further action be taken regarding
the left turn ban or any selective Automatic Number Plate
Recognition (ANPR)-type solution; and
 
3.         officers
be requested to keep using healthy street indicators to actively
promote the health and well-being of the residents, seeking to
shift the focus of street design from prioritising motor vehicle
movement to creating spaces that are safe, welcoming, and conducive
to walking, cycling, and using public transport.
