RESOLVED that
 
1. the 20mph speed limit programme and reduced speeds
reported in paragraphs 1-14 and Annex 2 of the report be
noted;
 
2. the installation of Speed Indicator Devices (SIDs) in
locations set out in Table 3 of Annex 2 of the report be noted;
and
 
3. proposals for Bridge Road and Moor Lane, as set out in
paragraphs 26 and 28 of the report, be approved, subject to any
required statutory consultation.
