Content

(a)       the acquisition of an additional 55 homes within
Phase One of the Cambridge Road Estate (CRE) regeneration from
Cambridge Road (RBK) LLP, at a gross cost of £20,279,874, be
approved;

(b)       the GLA grant funding
being provided under the Building Council Homes for London Grant
Agreement (value as per the Exempt Annex) be accepted;
and 
 

(c)       the GLA grant funding being provided through the
existing Affordable Housing Programme 2021-26 Grant Agreement
(value as per the Exempt Annex) be accepted.
 
The Exempt
Annex contains information which is
financially sensitive and hence it is exempted from
publication.
