The proposed procurement strategy which will result
in the award of concession contracts to two suppliers to operate
the provision of e-bikes hire in both the Royal Borough of Kingston
upon Thames and the London Borough of Sutton under the Shared
Service arrangements, for an initial term of 3 years with an
option to extend for a further 2 years, at the total contract value
over the full term estimated at £7.88m exc. VAT and
£9.46m inc. VAT, following an
open procedure under the Procurement Act 2023, be approved on
the recommendation of the Commissioning Governance
Board.
