LTD for the provision of Cloud Data Center Services hosted on the Amazon Web Services
(AWS) platform be approved.
Specifically,
this decision authorises:

The extension of the contract term from its current expiry in
December 2025 to 01 February 2026.

An increase in the total contract value from £1,046k to
£1,419k including the extension period. The £372k
increase comprises £252k for an increase in the estimated
service consumption across October 2025 to December 2025 and a
further £120k for January 2026 which now includes Microsoft
Office licensing cost. All costs are ex VAT and equally split
between RBK & LBS.
