Decision

1. 1.    Scheme 1. Elmcroft Drive

RESOLVED that –

1 the comments and objections received as set out in paragraphs 2 and 7  and officers’ comments as set out in paragraph 7, be noted, and

2 the objections received be set aside, and the implementation of the

TMO for Double Yellow Lines (no waiting at any time) restrictions along the bend of Elmcroft Dive be approved and the objectors be informed of the decision.

RESOLVED that –

1 the comments and objections received as set out in paragraphs 4 and 7  and officers’ comments as set out in paragraph 7, be noted, and

2 the objections received be set aside, and the implementation of the

TMO for Double Yellow Lines (no waiting at any time) restrictions along Compton Crescent proposed locations be approved and the objectors be informed of the decision.

RESOLVED that –

1. the comments and objections received as set out in paragraph and 7  and officers’ comments as set out in paragraph 7,and in the Late Material, be noted, and
2. the objections received be set aside, and the implementation of the

School – No stopping zone 8:30 to 9:30 and 2:30 to 3:30 be approved, and

1. Single Yellow Line restrictions on the  along the bend of Elmcroft Dive be approved, and
2. Two No Idling signs be erected, and
3. Parking restrictions be on one side of the road only, and
4. the objectors be informed of the decision.
