RESOLVED that:

  1. increased costs from the planned projects at the Dukes Centre, Surbiton Library and Tolworth Recreation Centre be funded from the existing capital budget allocated towards the decarbonisation of the Council’s assets; and
  2. authority be delegated to the Executive Director Place, in consultation with the relevant Portfolio Holder for Climate and the relevant Portfolio Holder for Assets, and with recommendation by the Commissioning Governance Board, to proceed with contract award of the planned projects, where tender returns are within existing approved budgets, in order to deliver projects in line with external funding requirements.
