RESOLVED that –
- the progress on the physical delivery of new homes at Acre Road be noted;
- the Local Lettings Plan for Acre Road, as set out in Annex 1, be approved for adoption as an additional element to the Council’s Housing Allocations Policy; Housing Allocations Scheme (2024) - Kingston Council
- the intention to cease further lettings on Sobraon House be noted ahead of the development of proposals for the redevelopment of Sobraon House site which will be reported to the relevant Strategic Committee in due course; and
- the intention to start discussions with the existing tenants of Sobraon House on the potential to relocate into Campbell House or elsewhere within the Council’s housing for older people estate be noted.
