RESOLVED that –

  1. The Housing Enforcement Policy, as set out in Annex A and associated Civil Penalty Enforcement Policy, as set out in Annex B and Tenants’ Fees Enforcement Policy amendments are approved; and
  2. Minor amendments to the policy are delegated to the Executive Director of Place in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Housing to enable fully implementing the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 as additional legal requirements are enacted.
