Decision

RESOLVED that:

(i)         the application for a £2,800 Neighbourhood Community Grant from Surbiton Town Centre Partnership, as set out in paragraphs 5-10 of the report, be approved;

(ii)        the application for a £3,000 Neighbourhood Community Grant from Voices of Hope, as set out in paragraphs 11-18 of the report, be approved;

(iii)       the allocation of £6,532.03 of Councillor Ward Funding for the provision of two Christmas trees in the winter, as set out in paragraphs 19-20 of the report, and £1,140 of Councillor Ward Funding for the suppliers to provide a 2 man crew for a remote switch on of the tree at the Christmas event to be organised by the Surbiton Town Centre Partnership, be approved;

(iv)       the allocation of £1,681.66 of Councillor Ward Funding for the provision of two new benches on Alexandra Drive, as set out in paragraph 21 of the report, be approved;

(v)        the allocation of £1,000 of Councillor Ward Funding to Alpha Road Residents’ Association, as set out in paragraph 22 of the report, be approved; and

(vi)       the allocation of £750 of Councillor Ward Funding for the provision of a new bench on Vine Close in Berrylands Ward be approved, and the exact location of the bench shall be agreed with the Council’s Housing team in consultation with relevant Ward Councillors.
