RESOLVED that:
 
1.         officers
be asked to provide an update to interested parties (including the
Committee and community members of the former Seething Wells All
Party Working Group) on the progress on the remedial works required
under the Section 215 notice regarding the railings on the Seething
Wells Filter Beds site; and
 
2.        
officers be asked to investigate
initiating a Section 215 notice on the Former Pumphouse.
