RESOLVED that:
1. the comments and/or objections received for the
proposed Traffic Management Order (TMO) for the Toby Way Permit
Parking Area (PPA), as set out in paragraphs 5-6 of the report, be
noted;
2. the objections received be set aside and the
implementation of the TMO be approved; and
3. the objectors be informed of the Committee’s
decision.
