RESOLVED that following a soft
market testing exercise, the 38 bed block bed contract for the
purpose of securing emergency temporary accommodation (Nightly Paid
Accommodation) for single homeless households be directly awarded
to the designated Registered Provider (RP), set out in EXEMPT Annex 1 to the report, for a period of three years
from 1Â September 2024, with the option to extend for a further
two years i.e. 3+1+1.
