RESOLVED that:
 
1.        
the Cambridge Road (RBK) LLP audited
annual accounts year ended 30 September 2023, at EXEMPT
Annex 1 of the report, be approved; and
 
2.        
authority be delegated to the Executive Director Corporate Services
and Section 151 Officer, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder
for Finance, Assets and Governance, for approval of Cambridge Road
(RBK) LLP accounts for future years.
