RESOLVED that:
 
1.        
the Borough wide Shared Ownership
Allocations Policy at Annex 1 of the report be
approved; and
 
2.        
authority be delegated to Executive
Director Place, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for
Housing, to make relevant changes to the Shared Ownership
Allocations Policy arising from any relevant changes to legislation
or statutory guidance made by the Government.
