RESOLVED that:
 

1.        
the responses received during the
Traffic Management Order (TMO) consultation
reference Mapking0085 relevant to the Surbiton
Neighbourhood be noted; 

2.         the
objections received on the change to hours of operation to the existing ambulance bay to
operate ‘at any time’ in Church Hill Road outside Moray
House, as set out in paragraph 8(C) of the report, be
upheld;

3.        
the comments received set out in
paragraph 8(D) be noted; 

4.         officers
be instructed to examine the need for the ambulance bay at the
location and, in consultation with relevant Ward Councillors and
the Committee Chair, propose a new TMO if deemed necessary;
and

5.        
the objectors be informed of the
Committee's decision.
