RESOLVED that:
 

1.        
the responses received during the
Traffic Management Order (TMO) consultation
reference Mapking0092, as set out in paragraph 5 of the
report, be noted; 

 

2.         the objections received on the change to hours of
restriction hours for St Andrew's Square be set
aside; 

 

3.         the objections received on the installation of a
cycle hangar opposite no.6 St Andrew's Square be upheld;

 

4.         the implementation of the TMO for the amendment to
the parking restrictions be approved; 

 

5.         officers be
instructed to, in consultation with relevant Ward Councillors and
the Committee Chair, identify another location in the vicinity of
St Andrew's Square for the installation of a cycle hangar, and
propose a new TMO for that purpose; and

 

6.         the objectors be informed of the Committee’s
decision.
