RESOLVED that:
 

1)    
The outturn position in respect of the General Fund for 2023/24 be
noted;
 

2)    
To note the drawdown of £0.970m from the Economic Risk
Reserve and the drawdown of £2.229m from the Debt Collection
Risk Reserve;
 

3)    
General Fund (GF) balance at 31 March 2024 of £19.633m and
the position on General Fund Earmarked Reserves of £51.459m
as at 31 March 2024 be noted;
 

4)    
The surplus of £6.577m on the Collection Fund, of which
£4.762m is the Council’s share, be noted;
 

5)    
The 2023/24 outturn position of an underspend of £2.369m on
the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) be noted;
 

6)    
The outturn position in respect of the 2023/24 Schools Budget
overspend of £5.686m be noted;
 

7)    
The cumulative deficit on the unallocated Dedicated School Grant
(DSG) of £4.689m be noted;
 

8)    
The capital outturn position for 2023/24 of an underspend of
£26.160m be noted;
 

9)    
The capital slippage requests as set out in Annex 1 be
approved;
 

10) 
A capital budget in 2024/25 of £3.44m (£3.280m general
fund and £0.160m HRA), subject to contract award, for a new
fleet and enabling depot works for the Household Waste and
Recycling Contract be approved.
