RESOLVED
to RECOMMEND to COUNCIL that –
 
1.   
pursuant to Regulations 3(1) and 3(2)(a) and the
Schedule to the Local Authorities (Committee System) (England)
Regulations 2012, the Safer Kingston Partnership Plan for 2024/29
attached at Annex 1 of the report (the Plan) be approved and
adopted; and

 
2.   
authority be delegated to the Executive Director of
Residents and Communities to make any changes to the Plan arising
from new and emerging crime priorities, in consultation
with the relevant Portfolio Holder, over the life of
the Plan.
