RESOLVED that:
1.

result of the consultation be
noted;
2. a Permit
Parking Area (PPA) in Toby Way,
as indicated in Annex 1
of the report and only Dean Court residents / visitors will be
eligible to apply for a permit, be approved for implementation with
parking restrictions from Monday - Saturday 8am - 6pm, subject to a
statutory Traffic Management Order consultation; and
3.
the residents be informed of the
Committee’s decision.
