RESOLVED that –
 

1.   
The Children and Young People’s Plan 2024-27, as set out in
Annex 1, be approved and adopted;
 

2.   
The Children and Young People’s Plan Draft Action Plan, as
set out in Annex 2, be endorsed as the basis for
wider engagement with the community to enable the development of
detailed delivery plans;
 

3.   
The Council’s ambition to achieve Unicef Child Friendly Cities and Communities
status, as part of the Action Plan, is endorsed and supported by
the Committee;
 

4.   
an update on the work of the Children and Young People’s Plan
2024-27 be reported to the Committee on a six monthly basis.
