RESOLVED that –
 

1.   
The updated Phase 1 Business Plan is noted;
 

2.   
Authority be delegated to the Executive Director of Place to
finalise and sign a Supplemental Agreement to record the terms
agreed by the Council and the Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
that reflect the change of tenure of 104 homes in phase 1 from
private sale to social rent.
