RESOLVED that:
 

1.   
the contract for the fit out of the former nightclub space at JLP
Riverside be awarded to CityAxis
Limited for a maximum contract value of £1,228,676.26 ex VAT
(£1,474,411.51 inc. VAT) for a
contract period of up to 6 months, with an optional extension
period of 6 months, with delegated authority for Executive
Director, Place to enter into contract with City Axis, and;
 
2.   
a separate contingency of £55,000.00 (ex VAT) for the
contract be approved.
