RESOLVED that following a competitive dialogue process, the
contract for the provision of Housing repairs, maintenance and
capital works be awarded to the Party named in the
EXEMPT Annex 1 of the report for an initial contract period of 4
years and 6 months from 1 October 2024, with the option to extend
further up to a maximum period of 9 years and 6 months at a maximum
value of £165m, subject to:
 

(a)       successful completion of Section 20 Stage 2
Leaseholder consultation;

 

(b)       any
negotiations with the Party named
in EXEMPT Annex 1
required to confirm financial
commitment and/or other terms contained in the tender, as permitted
by Regulation 30(20) of the Public Contract Regulations
2015, being satisfactorily
concluded; and

 

(c)        the Executive
Director Place, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for
Housing being satisfied that the clarifications referred in (b)
above do not materially change any essential aspects of the tender
or commercial terms set out in this report.
