RESOLVED
that:
 

1.         the
Single Use Plastic Enforcement Policy and Single Use Plastic
Enforcement Guidance, set out in Annexes 1
and 2 of the report, be approved with
effect from 1 April 2024; and

2.        
authority be delegated to the Assistant
Director Highways, Transport and Regulatory Services, in
consultation with the relevant Portfolio Holder, for approval of
any minor amendments to the Enforcement Policy to incorporate new
legislation or guidance.
