RESOLVED that following a competitive dialogue process, the
contract for the provision of Parking Enforcement and Operations
Services, be awarded to the Party 1 named in the
EXEMPT Annex 1 of the report for an initial period of seven years
from 1 October 2024, with the option to extend further up to a
maximum period of three years at a maximum contract value up to
£30m, subject to:
 

(a)       any
negotiations with the Party named
in EXEMPT Annex 1
required to finalise the terms of the
contract, as permitted by Regulation 30(20) of the Public Contract
Regulations 2015, being
satisfactorily concluded; and

(b)       the
Assistant Director Contracts and Commercial, in consultation
with the relevant Portfolio Holders, being satisfied that the final
proposed contract does not materially change any aspect of the
proposed solution or commercial terms set out in this
report.
