RESOLVED
that:
 

1.         the
proposals for Ewell Road cycle route, as set out in paragraphs
11?14 and Annexes 1-4
of the report, be approved for detailed design and
implementation;

2.        
a capital budget for the scheme of
£1,738,000 be approved, funded as described in paragraph
24;

3.        
the necessary Experimental Traffic
Management Orders be made; and

4.        
authority be delegated to the Assistant
Director Highways, Transport and Regulatory Services to make minor
amendments to the design that may become necessary, in consultation
with the relevant Portfolio Holder.
