Content

RESOLVED that:
 
1.        
feedback received from Tolworth Area
residents via the Let’s Talk engagement portal and on
streetspace email be noted;
 
2.         in light
of the results of the local consultation at paragraphs 3-7 of the
report, none of the proposed pedestrian crossings and double yellow
lines to be taken forward for implementation;
 
3.         the list
of minor improvements to the streets using the Healthy Streets
tools, as set out at Annex 5 of the report, be
approved for implementation in order to enhance and encourage more
walking and cycling in this area;
 
4.        
authority be delegated to the Assistant Director Highways,
Transport and Regulatory Services, in consultation with Chair and
Vice-Chair of the Committee, the relevant Portfolio Holder and
relevant Ward Members, to make changes to the list as required;
and
 
5.        
residents be informed of the
Committee’s decision.
