Content

RESOLVED that –
 

1.   
The Community Infrastructure Levy application for the repair of the
existing outdoor tennis court located in King Edward’s
Recreation Ground for the sum of £30,000 be approved on the
condition that the allocated funds can only be accessed in the
event that alternative finance, principally through the Community
Park Programme, could not be obtained. Should alternative finance
be procured, an appropriate portion of the allocated funds will
remain reserved for the purposes of erecting a comprehensive
perimeter fence, a section of which will provide for a securable
access/exit gate to the court.
 

2.   
The Community Infrastructure Levy application from Sharing Lives
Charity for the expansion of the Men’s Shed facilities at the
King’s Centre for the sum of £15,000 be approved.
 

3.   
The Community Infrastructure Levy application to support the
rewilding, conservation and community engagement project at
Tolworth Court Farm for the sum of
£20,000 be approved.
