Purpose

To appoint an initial design team to conduct
and complete RIBA stage 2 for the development of a wet and dry
leisure and community facility on the site of the previous
Kingfisher Leisure Centre.
 
The award of the access agreement, in
accordance with the Council’s Contracts Regulations, was to
Alliance Leisure Limited for a contract period of 12 weeks for a
maximum contract value of £387,148.00.
