RESOLVED that:
 

1)   
The contract for the provision of required remedial works be
awarded to CityAxis Ltd at a total
anticipated contract value of £1,344,751 inc VAT.
 

2)   
Authority be delegated to the Executive Director of Place, in
consultation with the Portfolio Holders for Assets, Commissioning
and Waste and Children Services including Education to agree final
terms on price and contract terms and be satisfied that there are
no material changes to the proposed solution or commercial terms
set out in this report;
