Purpose

The award of a contract in accordance with the
Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Council’s Contract
Regulations (reg. 5[2]) to FilmFixer
Ltd for a maximum contract value of £671,790 for a five year
period to provide filming services for the Royal Borough of
Kingston so as to ensure the institution of a dedicated resource
with the capacity and expertise to maximise income generated for
the Council derived from borough-wide filming.
