Content

RESOLVED that –
 

1.   
the charge for assistive technology services for existing users who
do not have an existing package of care or who are currently paying
the full cost of their care provision as set out in paragraphs 5 to
10 of the report, be approved;
 

2.   
the approach for people getting Attendance Allowance or Disability
Living Allowance Claims for the actual night care costs to
personalise the financial assessment, as set out in paragraphs 11
to 16 of the report, be approved;
 

3.   
the maximum amount of claims for Disability Related Expenses (DRE)
to disability benefits paid to service users be linked, as set out
in paragraphs 17 to 21 of the report, be approved.
