Purpose

The award of a contract in accordance with the
Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Kingston Council’s
Contract Regulations No.7 and the London Borough of Wandsworth’s Procurement Regulations by the
South West London Sexual Health Consortium, which is comprised of
the London Boroughs of Croydon, Merton, Richmond upon Thames,
Sutton, Wandsworth, and the Royal
Borough of Kingston upon Thames, to Spectra C.I.C. for a maximum
contract value of £4,000,000 over a three and a half year
period, of which the Royal Borough of Kingston would contribute
£50,000 p.a., to improve access to sexual health and HIV
prevention and provide support services for high risk groups
sector-wide.
