The Committee NOTED:
 

1)   
The updated Joint Venture Business Plan for Cambridge Road
Estate;
 
RESOLVED that:
 

2)   
Authority be delegated to the Executive Director of Place to
complete and enter into legal agreements on behalf of RB Kingston
granting a Power of Attorney to named representatives of the LLP
for the execution of documents as set out in paragraphs 30-32 and
in accordance with the Side Letter;
 

3)   
Authority be delegated to the Monitoring Officer, in consultation
with the Executive Director Place, to finalise and complete the
variation to the Business Intervention Agreement/AGHA
Agreement;
 

4)   
Authority be delegated to the Executive Director of Place, in
consultation with the Chief Executive, S151 officer and the
Portfolio Holders for Finance and Housing, to agree additional
mitigation measures for phase 1.
