RESOLVED that the sourcing
strategy, outlined in paragraphs 15 to 53 of the report, to
undertake a Competitive Dialogue procurement for a new leisure
management contract be approved, which will result in the
appointment of a leisure operator to deliver a new services
contract from July 2025.
