RESOLVED
that –
 
1.   
The vision, design principles and delivery model for
Family Hubs in Kingston upon Thames, set out in paragraphs 8 to 17
of the agenda report, be approved;

 
2.   
A phased, test-and-learn approach is used to develop
Family Hubs with the pilot Family Hub developed at Old Malden
Children’s Centre as set out in paragraphs 18 to 24 of the
agenda report.
