RESOLVED that:
 

1)   
the contract for the provision of Main Construction Works be
awarded to Morgan Sindall for a contract term up to 22 months from
24 July 2023 to 31 May 2025, plus 12 months latent defect period at
a total anticipated contract value of £23,543,173.00;
 

2)   
the Executive Director of Place, in consultation with the Portfolio
Holders for Assets, Commissioning and Waste and Children’s
Services including Education be authorised to agree final terms on
price and contract terms and be satisfied that there are no
material changes to the proposed solution or commercial terms set
out in this report; and
 

3)   
the variation of the total value of the
programme costs, including the provision of an additional capital
budget allocation of £13.5m, funded by DFE Basic Need Grant,
be approved.
