RESOLVED that:
 
The Executive Director of Place, in
consultation with the Portfolio Holders for Assets, Commissioning
and Waste and Children Services including Education, be authorised
to make a direct award of contract to the Council’s preferred
bidder (as set out in Exempt Annex 1) subject to a satisfactory
outcome of the evaluation of tender submission for the required
works at Coombe Hill Infant & Junior school at an estimated
contract value of £1.2m.
