RECOMMENDED to COUNCIL
that:
 

1)   
the proposals for Constitutional change set out at Annexes 1 and 2
be approved: and
 

2)   
the Monitoring Officer be authorised to make any further
consequential minor changes arising from these proposals as may be
required, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Culture,
Heritage and Governance and, where relevant, the Portfolio Holder
for Assets, Commissioning and Waste.
