RESOLVED that:
 
1.        
the Draft Conservation Area General
Guidance (CAGG), in Annex 1 of the report, be
approved for public engagement;
 
2.        
authority be delegated to the Assistant Director Strategic Planning
and Infrastructure to sign off the desktop publishing and
illustration of the CAGG, in consultation with the relevant
Portfolio Holder, prior to publishing for public engagement;
 
3.        
authority be delegated to the Assistant
Director Strategic Planning and Infrastructure to make any minor
amendments to the CAGG, in consultation with the relevant Portfolio
Holder, after public engagement and prior to final publication;
and
 
4.        
the Conservation Area Appraisals and
Management Plans (CAAMP) workflow, in Annex 2 of
the report, be approved.
