RESOLVED that:
1. subject
to any comments from the Neighbourhood Committees, the prioritised
planned highway and street lighting capital maintenance programme
for 2023/24 in Annexes 2 and 3 of the report, be
approved; and
2.
authority be delegated to the Assistant
Director Highways, Transport and Regulatory Services to deal with
any in-year changes that may prove necessary in consultation with
the relevant Portfolio Holder, Chairs of relevant Neighbourhood
Committees and affected Ward Councillors.
