RESOLVED that:
 
1.        
the Royal Borough of Kingston upon
Thames Smoke Control Order 2023 is made, and to affix the corporate
seal to such an order;
 
2.         the
Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames Smoke Control Order 2023
shall come into force on a date no earlier than 6 months after it
is made, on a date agreed by the Executive Director Corporate and
Communities in consultation with the relevant Portfolio Holders;
and
 
3.         the
Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (Revocation) Order 2023 shall
come into effect on a date no earlier than 6 months after it is
made, on a date agreed by the Executive Director Corporate and
Communities in consultation with the relevant Portfolio
Holders.
