RESOLVED that:
 
1.        
the 2023/24 Local Implementation Plan
(LIP) Funding Settlement and outline Delivery Plan as attached as
Annex 1 of the report be approved;
 
2.         reasons
for differences in the allocations and those noted by the Committee
on 22 September 2022, as detailed in paragraphs 16-28 of the report
be noted; and
 
3.        
authority be delegated to the Assistant
Director Highways, Transport and Regulatory Services to make any
necessary adjustments to the programme in-year, in consultation
with the relevant Portfolio Holder.
