RESOLVED that –
 

1.   
the new inspection regime with associated regulatory powers for
Local Authority Adult Social Care statutory functions led by the
Care Quality Commission (CQC) introduced from 1st April 2023, be
noted;
 

2.   
the assurance provided in the report on how Kingston Council are
responding to the new regime and advises on the frequency of future
updates on inspection readiness for adult social care, be
noted.
